Our company was first incorporated in 1987. Since inception, our goal has been to provide high quality products and services for our customers. Initially, Valok focused on consulting services covering a wide range of Professional Services including Technical Services, Capacity Management, Performance Management, Application Development, Testing and IT Security.

In an effort to improve our customer service, Valok introduced software solution sales to its portfolio in 2001, specialising in application development and systems management solutions.

Valok’s diverse customer base, which includes Financial Institutions, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, Food Ingredient Manufacturers, Automotive Industry, Rural Industry as well as Transport and Insurance Companies are situated in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Macau and India. Our team has significant experience in the Information Technology Sector covering a large number platforms including IBM z, IBM i, Linux, Unix and Windows.

Supporting our customers is an issue which Valok has never taken lightly! To ensure our staff is up to the task, we send our key sales and technical staff regularly overseas to attend advanced training & education seminars as well as hands-on workshops at the vendor’s head offices which we represent throughout the AP Region.
